From LPU, so I will share the details of this programme at LPU with you. LPUs School of Law is approved by the Bar Council of India. The students are groomed for bright professional careers by providing a wide range of exposure to theoretical as well as practical aspects of the law. Students get real-time experiences through moot court competitions organized at national and international levels. Students completed their internship with Jalandhar Police Commissionerate and learned vital aspects of the handling of sensitive cases by police. Policing posits a host of challenges to the police personnel who have to strike a balance between competing values of individual freedom and the establishment of peace. Students were exposed to the saliency of weapon handling, undertaking patrolling and surveillance tasks, resolving general law and order issues by police as part of the duty. The main thing for placement that I liked there is that LPU provides placement classes to the students from the first year, which helps students prepare for placement until their final year of the programme.
