It depends on the cut-off score. If your counseling takes place in the first two days, then there are high chances for you to choose your preferred college.
In my opinion, it depends on your interest, more than the opportunity in a specific industry. MBA is a management course and it is totally different from the engineering course. You will know where your interest lies once you get insight on the specializations. Right now there is more opportunity in marketing and sales and most of the companies offer marketing and sales role.
Once you start your MBA course you will know which specialization to choose, instead of choosing a specializa

If you are applying for management quota, please write at mba.admissions@ssn.edu.in with your TANCET scores, X, XII and UG percentages. UG track of the history of arrears if any, and work experience if any. If you are applying for government quota, no advisory can be issued as you have to wait for notification of DOTE/ Anna University and apply to them. There is no difference between GQ and MQ, hence apply under MQ after getting clarity by sending the above marks at the mentioned email address.

Dear Ms. Hema,
Though SSN is affiliated to Anna University, Chennai, our teaching methodology makes a big difference and it is at par with good B-School teaching pedagogy followed across the country. The decision should be based on objectives that you set and the expectations.
The placement setting could be similar and not much difference in terms of companies that come for recruitment.
The fee structure in SSN is very competitive with two year program cost at Rs 4.5 lakhs inclusive of single room hostel accommodation.
SSN admission process is very strict and no student with less than 80 percentile MAT score will be offered an opportunity for GD/PI. SSN also insists on academic consistency and students with history of arrears generally do not qualify for GD/PI irrespective of their high scores in admission tests such as CAT/XAT/MAT
