The air-conditioned library is located in the basement of the institutional building. The Library resources of the institute include a good collection of the latest books, journals and periodicals. It subscribes to online journals, magazines and periodicals. With a collection of more than 1000 books, including various subjects like Journalism, Communication, Advertising, Public Relations, Management etc.

It offers PG Advance Diploma accredited by Maharashtra State Board of Skill, Vocational Education & Training, certificate, and various other courses to students across Advertising & Marketing, Journalism & Digital Media, and various other streams.

Aspirants have to submit specified documents during the interview process for verification. Find below the documents required for SPICE admission:
- Transfer certificate from School/College last attended
- Class 10 and Class 12 certificate
- Three stamp-size photographs
- Semester six mark sheet

The applications of only the students who meet the eligibility criteria are accepted. Applications are available in offline mode. The application form is issued from the college office on the payment of a nominal fee. The steps to be followed for online application form filling are:
Step 1: Visit the SPICE official website.
Step 2: Locate and click on the “Apply Online” tab.
Step 3: Register by entering a few basic details such as name, email address, mobile number, course, etc.
Step 4: Login with the credentials generated during registration and start filling out the admission form.
