Yes, you are eligible to take admission in biotechnology courses at St. Xavier's College, Kolkata. However, you will get admission on merit basis only. Therefore, you should apply for this college and wait for the cutoffs declaration. In second or third round, you might get a seat.

For St. Xavier's College, the cutoff is on the higher side, therefore, it is a little difficult for you to get a chance if you are a general category student. However, if you are from any reserved category then there might be chances of conversion.

Firstly, it's course and not coarse. And yes, the online form is now available for the said course in the college website. All the best.

There is always some chance. Do apply, then see what happens next. Looking at the previous cut-off it looks difficult for you but you know, you can hope for the best.
Be positive.
All the best.

You are eligible to apply. Looking at your marks I think there's a good chance that you might get a seat. Dropping year is part of life. Not a problem at all.
Don't think too much and apply, the process has been started.
Go to the college website and do the rest.
If you have any further queries, feel free to ask.
All the best.
