After B.Sc in maths, you can pursue M.Sc in Physics. If you have studied physics as allied in UG, M.Sc in psychology, applied physics, applied psychology, and agricultural statistics are best options.

The eligibility criteria for M.Sc in statistics from Mithibai College requires you to be a graduate with a Bachelor's degree obtained through the 10+2+3 system or an equivalent qualification with a minimum aggregate of 50% or equivalent CGPA of any of the Universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India. A Relaxation of 5% aggregate is there for SC/ST candidates.

Go to NPTEL website once and check the list that if any certificate course is offered by them regarding statistics. They offer various courses. NPTEL is the best for certificate course.

Yes, you are eligible.
The eligibility is Bachelors degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/ Physics/ Statistics /Electronics or equivalent examination with at least 45% marks in aggregate from a recognized university.
B.Tech./BE degree holders in Computer Science/Informational Technology are also eligible for M.Sc. IT course.
