McGill University.

Experience certificate from the employer is required.
The institute will conduct interview, and written test (if required).
Valid GATE score, if any would be an additional benefit.

Of course, you can do your dream course in Canada. But remember, Universities abroad normally accept students with good academic record only. But it's not the rule. I would advise you to approach an agency that deals with sending Students to Canada for MS since there are many nuances in the whole process.
