International students applying for undergraduate courses at the University of Liverpool are required to fill out the application form via UCAS in which the university has no role. 

For postgraduate courses, international students are required to fill direct application to the university official website. 

There are several steps international students must follow to fill the application forms, either via UCAS or directly to the university:

The acceptance rate of the University of Liverpool is 14%. Meeting minimum entry requirements means that an international student is eligible to apply for the courses. But it doesn't guarantee selection as the acceptance rate of the university is relatively low, which makes it competitive for international students to get admission.
