You can pursue MIM even without GMAT. There are reputed Universities which offer admission to MiM programms without GMAT score but you need to fullfill other eligibility. The acceptance rate of the Kursk State Medical University is not available officially as the univeristy does not provide any data on its acceptance rate. However, as per the unofficial record the acceptance rate is nearly 74% which means taking admission in the university is moderately hard.
