No, SAT can not be taken at home. Although in a present state SAT is completely digitalized, it is still administered at a special testing site or at school with a proctor in the room. This policy makes the exam to be upright and just. An app called Bluebook that you can practice the College Board allows you to take the practice exam at home, but on the day of the actual exam, you need to be in a physical environment and have a proctor.

For the programs that are being taught in German at Ludwig Maximilians University Munich, evidence of German language proficiency test is required. Indian students have to submit these English language proficiency tests too for the programs whose language of instruction is German. The language certificates in German that are accepted at this university are:

The general University of Bath acceptance rate stands at 12.6%, meaning that of every 100 students who apply to the Uni of Bath admissions, the university is likely to offer the opportunity of enrolling on the Bath Campus to around 12-13 students. This makes the admission criteria of the university extremely selective as only about one-tenth of the applicants are likely to be admitted.

Similarly, Bath University acceptance rate for international students is 12.4%, making it extremely difficult to get into the university.
