International graduate and undergraduate applicants must have a cumulative GPA of at least 3 and 3.4, respectively, according to the University of California, Riverside. Students must be eligible if they have documentation of high school graduation or a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or its equivalent. Academic credentials, a CV or resume, a statement of purpose, job experience, an essay, a GPA, a letter of recommendation, the GRE or GMAT (if applicable), and English language proficiency are all required in addition to eligibility.
