There are intakes available to apply for UG courses which are Fall, Spring, and Summer. The students are expected to gather all the documents required before applying on the Common App for applying to the MSU PG courses and apply through the official website of the university for the PG courses. For the year 2026, the students can now apply for Summer and Fall Intake.

International students can apply for co-op work permit if:

• Students have a valid permit,
• Work is required to complete the study programme in Canada,
• Your co-op placement or internship totals 50% or less of your study program,
• You have a letter from your school that confirms all students in your programme need to complete work placements to get the degree

There is no fee required to attain a co-op work permit. Documents required for the co-op work placement are a letter of acceptance, a letter of enrollment, a co-op letter, a valid passport, biometrics, or any other document that the portal asks.

At the time of co-op placement, Camosun College students are required to complete at least two work terms (minimum 420 hours each) to graduate with 'co-op' designation.
