Because you have completed your  12th under the NWAC (Northwest Accreditation Commission) system, you have good chances for getting accepted in Bachelors programs like  Computer Science, Engineering, Business, etc. I have mentioned some of the universities you can go for-

University of Sydney  accepts students with international qualifications like NWAC. You can check the course-specific requirements.

IELTS is a preferred test while some universities also accept TOEFL scores. On the off-chance, that you are applying for a course taught in German Language, then you need not write the IELTS. Instead, you would have to write a German Language Test. Both Test DAF and DSH are widely accepted German Language Tests.

Yes, a 7.5 IELTS score is well for Germany and is considered a good score for migrating to countries for study or work purposes. Universities in Germany accept the application of students having IELTS scores above 7.5.
