A Singapore student visa does not specifically require an IELTS score. However, if your chosen university mandates an English language proficiency test like IELTS for admission, you will need to meet those requirements to obtain your acceptance letter, which is necessary for the visa application.

Indian students can pursue TUM courses in both German and English. It is not mandatory to learn German. It is only needed for courses that are delivered in German only. To be eligible for TUM admission, a B1 or B2 level proficiency in German is enough. For courses in English, IELTS or TOEFL-iBT scores are needed.
