Xavier University's USA four academic schools, namely; the College of Arts and Sciences, the College of Professional Sciences, the Williams College of Business and the College of Nursing offer more than 90 undergraduate majors and 60 minor programs in the fields of Nursing, Science, Music, Theatre, Economics, Psychology, Sports and more. When it comes to graduate programs, Xavier offers more than 30 graduate majors, along with doctoral degrees in Psychology, Nursing, Leadership Studies and Occupational Therapy. The annual tuition fees required to pursue a degree course at Xavier is around 30L on an average, which can be considered very expensive. All the international applicants applying to Xavier University for their higher studies must fulfill certain admission requirements in order to secure a spot in the university. These requirements comprise of:

• Completed online application;
• Official academic transcripts;
• Preferred grade: 3.0 GPA on 4.0 scale;
• Standardized test scores (SAT/ACT);
• English proficiency exam scores (IELTS/TOEFL/PTE/Duolingo);
• GMAT/GRE scores (for MBA courses);
• Separate application for Honors programs; and

Strongly recommended academic requirements:

• Four years of English;
• Three years of mathematics;
• Three years of science;
• Three years of social sciences; and
• Two years of language study other than English.

It is recommended that you submit your application as soon as the slots open. The regular registration period is mid-Feb to mid-April.

Admission stays open until the finish of the second week of classes of a regular term and the finish of the first week of classes of Spring and Summer Intensive Terms. This date is known as the add/drop/change cutoff time. A few courses can fill rapidly, and students are suggested to submit applications at the earliest for the best course choice.
