.The cost of attending National  University can vary depending on the main factors such as course, level of study (UG and PG) and accommodation status. However, International students considering this university could be a little higher than compared to US citizens. 

The UG programme Academic tuition fee for international students is around (INR 13.74L ) per annum, depending on the course. It’s (INR 14.73L ) for PG programs.

The University of Iowa's campus is spread over 1,880 acres and consists of state-of-the-art academic, recreational and housing facilities for students. Below are the admission requirements for National University: 

The below are the application requirements for Graduate courses at National University: 

  • Applicants must possess a bachelor's degree or higher from a regionally accredited college or university.

  • A minimum overall grade point average (GPA) of 2,5 is required for general admission.

  • A GPA of 2.75 or higher in the last 90 quarter units also meets the criteria.

All the international students aiming to pursue their higher studies from the University of Iowa can apply to the university in two ways: the University of Iowa Application or the Common Application (fall session only) through UI's official website. Yes, the University of Iowa allows students to work on campus while studying in the university. Students who wish to work can find job opportunities on the university campus and in the local Iowa City/Coralville community. Most jobs are part-time hourly positions paid by employers, but some are supported by the federal Work-Study program. At UI, employment provides students with career-enhancing opportunities, the ability to develop skills relevant to any majors and the necessary preparation and assistance for competitive job markets.

The University requires applicants to have a GRE/ GMAT if the student’s grade point average is between 2.0 to 2.49. However, students don’t have to give the GMAT/Check GRE score if they have a grade point average of 2.5 or above.

There is no Application fee for National University as the university eliminated the fee exclusively for Undergraduates. By not having an application fee, the National University is creating good options and opportunities for students across the globe to pursue their educational interests and goals without the financial burden on the students. However, for Graduate students, the university hasn’t specified an application fee, hence it is suggested to call the admission office to get more details regarding the process.

The below application process for National University applies to both UG and PG applicants: 

Step 1: Applicants must create an account on the National University official portal.

Step 2:  Applicants must complete an admission application by giving their basic demographic information and choosing their interested course in UG / PG degree programs. Applicants must select their interested course.
