First of all, IELTS qualification is a must. A relative 3 or 4 years Bachelor's degree in the specialisation required with minimum 65% and a GRE score of 290+. Recommendation letters if possible. Apply for scholarships as much as possible. All the best!

MS is a very broad term and we have to understand each and every nuance related to the application process. It is quite difficult to put the entire admission procedure in one answer but I've tried to include all the necessary points.
- First of all, you need to have a bachelor's degree with good scores. Each university has a specific minimum percentage requirement which you need to check on their website before applying.
- Official Transcripts of your Bachelor's program are to be submitted to the faculty. A transcript consists of all the courses you've completed in your Bachelor's program. Typically a GPA of 3.0/4.0 and above is okay.

Well, for doing B.Tech in America you atleast need to have good percentage above 75% in your 12 th boards ( very good percentage in English). Then you need to give English Language Proficiency test like IELTS/TOEFL/PTE. Student should also have there SAT scores ready by the end of 2023.
