Yes you can pursue BBA from New Zealand or Australia. New Zealand Universities do offer comprehensive BBA and MBA courses. It depends on the university on what basis they check and will also depend on what you want to study, your overall grades, etc. Applications are evaluated on a case by case basis.

Hi, There is no eligibility here. However typically IELTS test takers are of 16 years minimum. Also, yes you can IELTS after your Diploma as well. The scores are valid for two years, once expired you have to give again. Choose to take the test depending when you are going to apply abroad.

It is possible to get but not guaranteed because of your low marks. Don't be discouraged, just apply online at different universities.

You can consider pursuing Masters in statistics or Masters in applied statistics from Australia, Singapore and Germany with a 15 years degree. However if you are keen to apply to US and Canada, you will need to either complete a Masters degree or Post Graduate Diploma from an accredited institute in India; some institutes do not accept PGD, hence ask the desired institutes before pursuing any programme in India.
