I know bad CGPA of 2.44/4 with passing CGPA criteria of 2 can get admission in Masters in electrical engineering in TU which is equivalent to 3.34 in german scale. Also LOM, SOP and good score in IELTS matters a lot in securing admission, hence there is a good hope for low GPA students.

BE Aeronautical Engineering is a 4-year Under Graduate (UG) course with a specialization in the field Of aviation and aerodynamics. The minimum eligibility criterion which most of the institutes ask for is a score of at least 60% to 70% (relaxable for reserved category candidates) at 10+2 or equivalent level.
