Yes, you can definitely pursue B.Tech in Mechatronics engineering abroad especially Germany. However, the seats for overseas students is less and there are huge number of applicants. Hence, you need to give your best to get selected by German Institutes. You need to score very good marks in the following entrance exams -

Both are very good, and least matter where you join. I recommend British Council.

There are numerous courses on offer at all major universities in Canada. That would be the best option. Another would be to try for PNP programme or express entry programs. There are numerous formalities for the same and I would suggest you check the internet for that. But in this case some experience In India would be great.

You need the conditional offer letter from the institution you are planning to attend. Your other basic qualifications would also be necessary. And, collateral may also be required of equal value.
