Getting a Canadian visa for studying in Canada is not dependent on your scores in different eligibility examinations. However, as a matter of fact, these examinations are indeed important but from the perspective of getting admission in an institution. Once you get the admission then based on this admission letter, the Canadian embassy in India will issue the relevant visa for your stay in that country. So, getting admission is a must for getting a visa and it's not the other way round.

Actuarial Science is the discipline that applies mathematical and statistical methods to assess risk in insurance, finance and other industries and professions. If you say affordable MBA, then I would say India, because top MBA institutions offer MBA courses on very reasonable prices if we compare them to foreign colleges. Now, go on to your second question- Singapore viable option? Yes, Singapore can a viable option but I would recommend you to analyze few other countries like Canada, Ireland, etc. Wishing all the best for your future career. Typically, a 4 year Bachelor degree with a first class is required. Work experience may be required depending on the university. You must also take the IELTS. Criteria differs from university to university.
