Your CGPA qualifies you for a Master's degree, however, the IELTS requirement in most of the top universities is an overall score of 6.5 with no band less than 6, again you need to check the requirement with the university you are applying to or else select the ones which will take you with these scores. The next choice is you retake your IELTS after some coaching and score higher.

To be absolutely sure you would need to at least 8.5 or higher in each section, that is if you are looking for a scholarship through IELTS.
All the best.

The value of a Diploma is higher in Canada than India so naturally, you will have better scope. You can gain some experience, earn some money, get an MBA or something can return to India later. Plan properly. I would also suggest you check career options with the colleges first, practical co-op options to gain work experience, career support centres, etc.

Your budget is very low and options will be very hard to find. Secondly, you have a BBA so do you want to do a Bachelors in interior design again or a PG Diploma? You must also apply to a relevant programme, otherwise, colleges won't accept you. You must also submit portfolios to demonstrate your ideas and creativity. If you apply for a Bachelor's degree, you can apply for an education loan. Just check the college website first and inquire about different programs. Otherwise, check options in Italy, Netherlands, Malaysia, etc.

You can check the DAAD website and filter out the universities, you will find options if it is available. You can check Jacobs University, it is not free but should be quite affordable.

The minimum academic requirement is very high in Concordia, plus you will require a valid and good GMAT score. I would suggest you email them before applying, I think they will allow you to apply but admission chances are doubtful if other applicants have a better profile than you. You must submit excellent essays and some very strong recommendation letters.

Hi,
Study abroad requires time, dedication and patience. Careful research is also required so that you know about different universities worldwide, their admission requirements, fee, programs and then you can plan accordingly. Firstly, you must know what to study. As a beginner, you must start visiting university websites and get to have an idea the criteria for admission and then you can prepare for the standardized tests accordingly. Depending on what you want to study you must take either SAT or ACT or GRE, IELTS or TOEFL, GMAT, etc. Just remember that these requirements are different. You must also arrange for finance.
