This will depend a lot on your interest areas and long term career goal. In India, M.Sc in finance is not available. To get the right mileage of the course at Canada, you should try and explore work opportunities there as well.

You may opt for SAT Registration 2019 ( since you are in class 12 you can't appear in 2018) as per your convenience after fulfilling the SAT test eligibility 2019. It is an internationally recognized test administered by the College Board. It evaluates candidates' knowledge in reading, writing and quantitative aptitude in general and other specialized subjects. After that, your door to USA opens and you get an opportunity.

Both are good. MBA from IIM Ahmedabad or Bangalore or Calcutta is very much valued abroad. It is valued more than many universities and colleges in the world. In India, you will have a benefit of low fee structure. In aboard, if you get scholarship, then it will be cheap too. I think more than brand name of the institute your skills and knowledge matters. Choose according to money you are ready to spend. Both are good.
Best of luck!
