Hi,
IGNOU degrees are recognized world-wide, however, universities have their own admission protocols. Singapore B-schools may require an additional verification which you will know if you enquire with them directly.

Do you want to study abroad or work abroad after studying in India? For the latter part, I would suggest complete your PG by either M.Des or MBA. Both have a good demand in foreign nations. Also give IELTS or TOEFL exam and check colleges that will give you admission based on your score for studying abroad.

First, based on your eligibility criteria you have to get admission. After that you can apply for few scholarships they offer. You can apply and try for it. You may get 25% and not more than that based on your academic marks. You also need good IELTS score for consideration of scholarships.

If you are going for a UG programme, yes, this score is enough. However, your 54 points in PTE can not be converted as 6 band in each module as you have mentioned. It may be equal, but universities will insist 60 in each. Nothing wrong in applying and trying for it.

GMAT only helps in early bird scholarship which is about $5000 or $7000 not more than that. None of the universities will give you cent percent scholarship. The university gives full scholarship to those exceptional students who have very good academic records.

Getting a job directly after B. Pharma: Graduates who do not wish to pursue post graduate studies or plan on doing them later try to get jobs after B.Pharma. Jobs are usually offered in the field of sales and marketing. Some also work as pharmacists in hospitals whereas some are able to secure jobs at manufacturing facilities of pharmaceutical companies. Some also set up their own pharmacy. MBA after B. Pharma: Some students pursue MBA after B.Pharma whereas some pursue it after gaining a few years' experience (usually in sales and marketing). Dependi

After this degree, you can easily get employed in pharmaceutical industry, in R&D labs, designing quality drugs for diseases, production and quality systems, biomedical industries. They can find jobs in biopharmaceutical plants, biotechnological plants and Pharmaceutical manufacturing industries. GlaxoSmithKline, Lupin, Dabur Pharma, Ranbaxy Labs, Merck and Cipla are some of the prominent pharmaceutical companies that employ pharmaceutical engineers. Nowadays, cosmetic industry needs people from this area of technology. Pharmaceutical engineers also have an option of teaching in colleges/ universities. Good luck.
