Particularly for medical field, there is no scholarships abroad. Full scholarships are not at all possible. For admission, you need IELTS and UKAT along with SAT.

Yes, you can do post graduate Diploma in the same field you had done under graduation.
Few colleges will give you graduate Diploma program also. You should know the stay back options in Canada. If you do one year program, you will be extended only 8 months visa. If you do two year program, then you can stay back for three years.

Hello Siva,
The situation is pretty dynamic from the second round onwards. Suddenly some unexpected seats pop up. So keep your hopes alive. It's quite possible that you may get your desired branch.
Best wishes.

Yes, there are some chances with 6 band, anyways, it depends on the university and the college, I would suggest you check with the concerned university to which you are applying.

BMM/BMS fall under the category of self-financed courses (comparatively expensive)
This is because these are professional courses provide technical knowledge. They are not just graduation degrees, but will land you in to a technical world. Even after being a government funded college, Xavier's College charge a higher fees for BMM and BMS, as the study kit involved in it charges more than for nominal courses.

IELTS plays important role in admission process. Having good IELTS score will improve the visa chances too.
