Canada will be out of scope, but you will get options in Australia. If you want to study in Canada then a PGD from a SPP college is the only option. You should also be more flexible with your country choice, explore more options, check countries like Netherlands, Ireland, France, etc.

You can check options in Australia, Sweden, Singapore, Japan, Ireland and New Zealand. UK and USA also have good opportunities but for foreigners, things can be risky.

Without completing a Bachelor's degree, you cannot apply to a PG course. You can apply to a UG course abroad now and admission will depend on your percentage obtained in class 12th and Diploma. Other requirements include IELTS or TOEFL score, SAT score if you are applying to the USA, etc.

Entry requirements depend on the college and also on the country. The hurdle you might face is your academic background which is BBA. You have to check which college might accept you without prior knowledge in Chemistry and Biology subjects. You may check private institutes too. As of now, it is hard to tell which exam you must take since getting accepted or eligibility is a question. However, since you will apply as an international applicant you must take IELTS.

Complete 12th with a good percentage and prepare for tests such as SAT, IELTS or TOEFL, etc. Your education background must be relevant since you want to pursue IT, your background must have opted for science stream with relevant subjects. Personal statements and Letters of Recommendation are also required. Maybe you can check university websites and further decide where to study, prepare and apply accordingl
