It depends on the country of your choice. To study in the UK, you must take ISAT. Many other countries will additionally want a Bachelor's degree before you can enrol in an LLB Programme just like in India.

What exactly are you planning to study at LSE? Your grades are alright. Take the IELTS you need a score of 7 and above to meet the English language requirements. For specific requirements, you have to check the page of the faculty. You will need a good personal statement and recommendation letters too.

First, you decide what kind of work you are planning to do and then choose what to study not vice versa. It's up to you what courses you can study. You already have an MBA so it will make admissions difficult. If you gain some work experience now it will be better for you to apply thereafter.

Swinburne is a little ahead in ranking and reputation among the three for engineering purposes. But you should also check with the universities about the internship and placement opportunities they offer and compare.

Dubai has many foreign university campuses and its local universities also. Everywhere the entry requirements are different. It also depends on what you want to study. Apart from taking IELTS or TOEFL, there could be entrance exams for each university. You should check some university websites and contact them directly if required.
