VJTI and VITEEE are the best among all the colleges you have mentioned for mechanical engineering but according to their fee structure, VJTI is good because it's fee is less than VITEEE.

Well, when you are talking about Symbiosis it is a well-renowned institute in the country which caters to various courses including engineering, management, and science.

To get admission into any good B-school, one must appear for the entrance exam(s) whose score is considered by that particular B-school for its further interview process. So it is impossible to get admitted into a top B-school without appearing for the various entrance exams like CAT, XAT, etc.

B.Tech in CS is pretty much average.
Fee: For 2012-16 batch - Approx 2.0 Lacs per annum+1 lakh (hostel charges).
When opting for CS at Symbiosis Institute of Technology the only plus point will be the 'Symbi Edge'.
Life is pretty much laid back and enjoyable for an average student.
Salary Package: Though the average package is around 4 LPA (which is decent, if not good). It's hardly an 8 year old private institute. You won't get even this in of the most private colleges. Remember, even big private institutes like VIT call LPA a dream package. The minimum package is around 3.2 LPA and the maximum package for 2015-16 was around 24 LPA.

Look PGDM or PGDBF is all about practical exposure and knowledge so doing this through distance is not a great idea, but MBA is a bit theoretical, so you can go for distance MBA, but I will suggest you go for a regular course if you are not working currently.
