There are about 40+ BTech in Aeronautical Engineering in Tamil Nadu. Of these, 32 colleges are privately owned and the public/government organisation owns 10 colleges. Students seeking IIIT Trichy BTech admission must fulfil the basic admission criteria. The minimum eligibility requires students to pass Class 12 from a recognised board with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and a minimum of 75% aggregate. Furthermore, students need to appear for JEE Main exam and clear IIIT Trichy cut-off followed by participating in JoSAA/CSAB counselling for seat allotment.
