KSM KIT generally has good placement records across its courses. Computer Science and Engineering usually has the strongest placements, with good opportunities in IT. No, Bharathiyar University does not have a complete distance learning campus in Coimbatore or Tripur. The university campus of Coimbatore does offer some courses in the distance mode. Apart from this, it also has Learning Support Centres (LSCs) for its distance/online programs in both Coimbatore and Tripur.

The students must be graduated in any stream from a recognised university with at least 55% marks in aggregate.
