To get admission in coimbatore it will be based on the branch. If you want to join in CSE in Amrita coimbatore then you should get 400 below rank for non locals and for locals the rank can be 700 below.
Locals means the residents of Kerala, Tamilnadu.They are given more preference.Non locals are given next preference.
For ECE branch you have to get 800 below and for other branches it is ok if you get 1500 below rank.

Christian Medical College Vellore is the top MBBS college in Tamil Nadu according to NIRF under the 'Medical' category. It is approved by MCI, accredited by NABH, and has an attached 2,500 bedded hospital. Some of the courses are accredited by AERB India and the Microbiology laboratory is an NABL-accredited laboratory. About 80+ Medical colleges are there in Tamil Nadu. Of these, 46 are private colleges, 41 are government colleges and 1 is owned by public-private entities. NEET and Tamil Nadu NEET are the top entrance exams for admission to the best MBBS colleges in Tamil Nadu.
CMC Vellore, SRIHER, Madras Medical College, SIMTS and PSG Institute of Medical Sciences and Research are the top most Medical colleges in Tamilnadu.

The percentage is impressive however not enough to get Coimbatore seat . But you have better chances of getting admission in Banglore or Amritapuri campus .
