Madras Medical College, Chennai requires NEET scores for admission to the MBBS program. NEET is a national-level entrance exam conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission to medical courses in India. Therefore, it is mandatory for candidates to qualify for the NEET exam to be eligible for admission to the MBBS programme at Madras Medical College.

It can not be said that which is the top course offered but since we have the norm that MBBS is the top course I would say that MBBS is the top course only. However, the college has other master level programmes too say MD and MS so they are also top notch but it takes a level to reach there which is to do MBBS first.

VIT Engineering Entrance Examination (VITEEE) is mandatory for admission to the B.Tech. Programme in Vellore Institute of Technology-AP (VIT-AP). Higher Secondary Board, JEE Main, or SAT scores will not be considered for admission to the B.Tech. Degree Programme. However, for some other courses, there is no entrance examination, and candidates are selected based on their academic performance.

Both are private universities with a range of UG, PG, and Ph.D. courses. VIT-AP has a unified admissions and placement system, while RKDF University has affiliated colleges offering various courses. VIT-AP's the highest package in 2023 was INR 59 LPA, while RKDF University has been ranked among the top engineering colleges in Bhopal.

Madras Medical College is a government medical college in Chennai, India. It was established in 1835 and is one of the oldest medical colleges in Asia. The college is affiliated with the Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University and offers undergraduate and postgraduate medical programs.

Both the colleges offer B.Pharma programmes but Madras Medical College is the oldest among two and SRM has good state of Art facilities now it's upto the student to chose what is need the history or the facilities both are quite good and have their positives and negatives, but in overall comparision, both come at the same place. It's always a 50/50 situation, the choice is upto the student.
