Hi,
Once you complete your Diploma in taxation, you will definately have very good career options for you. After completing your Diploma, you can apply to the Tax department, you can get into various banks or financial institutes like HDFC, KOTAK MAHINDRA etc. by giving their exams. You can join corporate sectors Tax departments, Tax Auditor. And yes, you can even start your own Tax consultancy and Tax filing firm.

Hello Sahana,
You should go for any entrance exam because without any entrance exam, you will not be able to get a good college and there may be a possibility that you get a scholarship if the college offers the scholarship and you fit in their criteria. You can go for May MAT 2018.

In the (free) counselling session, our counsellor will tell you about the course, show you student work, give you a campus tour, and you can even meet students or faculty if you wish.
After you have done this you will be in the best position to see if we are the right institute for you and if so, which course options (modules, length, etc.) you would like to take.

To become an Income Tax Officer, one should first of all enter the Income Tax Department as Income Tax Inspector or Tax Assistant. Then, they can get promotion to the designation of Income Tax Officer after qualifying the departmental examination. First step required for joining as Income Tax Inspector or Tax Assistant is to qualify Combined Graduate Level examination. If you are very clear about practice in taxation law, there are four options:
1. Do CA alongside B.Com followed by LL.B. (6 year plan, less rigorous, but time consuming)
2. Do CA/CS alongside B.A. LL.B/B.Com. LL.B. /BBA. LL.B. Depending on institute choice. (5 year plan, Most ideal, but highly rigorous, since two professional courses parallely)
3. Do just CA if not targeting practise with law firms, more suited for individual practise.
4. Do just B.A. LL.B. /B.Com. LL.B. /BBA. LL.B. , if targeting tax practise with law firms. (while CS is recommended)
