As far I know RTMNU has two colleges for post graduate Diploma course in taxation they are as follows:
1. Nagpur College for Taxation2nd floor, Narismha Bhavan, Mount road extension, Sadar, Nagpur, Maharashtra.
2. Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur UniversityChatrapati Shivaji Maharaj administrative

It depends on which college you want to take. The fee structure is different for different colleges.
