To apply for the post of Assistant Professor in any college or universities, you must have to clear UGC NET Exam. UGC NET is an exam through which you can get selected for the post of Assistant Professor (Lecturer) in any of the college or institute by appearing in interviews. The NET exam is organized by the National Testing Agency two times a year.
Before applying for NET ensure your eligibility for it.

Yes, it is possible. Complete your graduation and then do any one of a primary school teacher course (as D. El. Ed or B. El. Ed.)
Qualify CTET or state TET. Then you will be eligible for the primary school teacher. Maintain your academic merit for hassle free selection. Best wishes for your future.

For an assistant professor, you must have master degree course and with 1 division that is of 60% ( minimum). But every college/ university have their own criteria so please visit there website and career page.

Candidate must have passed the 10th standard examination from a recognized board.
Candidate having little knowledge of writing and reading English or Hindi and 21 years of age is also eligible to apply.

Hi Abhishek Dsouza, Most institutions of higher education require professors have a minimum of a doctoral degree in an academic field of study. A doctoral degree requires three years of study, or more, beyond the master's degree level. Community colleges and career training centers may hire a professor with a master's degree. There are position like Assistant professor and professor which have different eligibility criteria. If you join a college as an Asst. Professor, with time you may eventually become professor.

I would recommend you to refer to online job portals and agencies, which can help you to get a job outside. As Indians have major presence in almost a lot of countries abroad, number of Indian school and Indian languages are also on high so you can easily get jobs for Hindi language outside. As per the eligibility criteria of UGC NET Exam, you must have completed the Masters programme with at least 55 % marks in the Postgraduate programme. The UGC NET Exam has no age limit you can appear in the UGC NET Exam at any age if you completes the above criteria. There is an age limit criteria for JRF where a person can get scholarship, the age limit is 30 years to gain the scholarship of UGC NET Exam (for reserved and female candidates the age limit is 35 years).
