As per my opinion and my knowledge for applying for the post professor lecturer without completing Ph.D after qualifying UGC NET, you are not eligible as their rules have been changed after 2016, as you must have a Ph.D degree 4 and lecturer, but yes you can apply for assistant professor, if you enroll yourself for Ph.D. and have qualified your UGC NET.

Hi Sunil,
There are so many vacancies available in the field of teaching. As, you didn't mentioned that in which filed you are looking for it's difficult to explain. If you want apply in government colleges you have to go through the entrance exam. While applying for private institute you can apply directly on college website. Hope this helps you. Best of luck.

Yes, you can, of course. You can get in touch with the Indira Gandhi Open University for this purpose or consult their web site for the actual time for admission. They are, I believe, among the best in this field. However, you will have to obtain at least 55 per cent in the final examination and clear, thereafter, National Eligibility test to qualify for an Assistant Professor's position in any College.

Yes, you may be eligible, if you have completed B.Ed also. And, one important thing is that 2nd grade exam is divided into two parts.
1. Science stream
2. Arts stream only
And, there is an option to choose any two languages.
