To become faculty in any university/ Institute you have to study up to PhD in your chosen subject. You can chose subject of your interest and excel in it to start your teaching career.

less companies then srm chennai. less package. rank difference. only these are the bad things.
good things are:- faculty is grt, not a big difference in sellery packages.

You may not able to do regular MSc and PhD while on job. However you may able to complete your education by distance learning while on job.

After masters you have to apply for NET.
