As the exam is conducted for all subjects on the same day and same time. So, you can appear for NET exam with one subject at a time. It depends upon you with which subject you want to apply for NET exam. You can select the subject on the basis of M.Sc. Or M.Ed. But make sure you should have minimum 55% aggregate marks in Masters and if you want to appear for JRF then age must not more than 30 years.

I think you are eligible, because eligibility for the exam is not more than 30 years, as on 01.07.2018. A relaxation up to 5 years is provided to the candidates belonging to OBC/SC/ST/PwD/Transgender categories and to women applicants.
All the best.
