Candidates who have secured at least 55% marks in their Master's degree exams (in streams such as Humanities, Social Science, Electronic Science, Computer Science and Applications, etc.). From a UGC recognised college/ university fulfill UGC NET 2018 eligibility criteria. It may be noted minimum percentage required to meet UGC NET eligibility criteria for candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ OBC/ PwD categories is 50%. Candidates who are appearing or awaiting results for their final year examination of Masters degree are also eligible to appear for UGC NET 2018.
However, such candidates will be admitted provisionall

The candidate should have a Master's degree with minimum 55% marks (without rounding off) from a UGC recognised university in any of the 100 subjects mentioned on the official website of CBSE UGC NET.

As a M.Com student, you can choose commerce subject in NET examination. To apply for this examination, you must holds a post-graduate degree course with minimum 55% marks from a recognised university, final year appearing candidates are also applying for this examination.

Yes, you are eligible for CSIR NET exam. As you have done M.Sc in biotechnology, you can appear for CSIR NET Chemical Sciences or Life Sciences. If you want to go for JRF exam, then make sure that your age is not more than 28 years and you should have minimum 55% aggregate marks. Or if you want to apply for the position of an assistant professor, you can apply anytime as there is no upper age limit. But you have to fulfil the educational requirement.
