For applying for this exam, the minimum age limit should be 18 years. Candidates applying as teachers for classes 1st to 5th must have Diploma or degree in teacher education B.Ed or any teacher degree course to be eligible for CTET exam. Along with that the candidate must have passed their senior secondary or graduation with atleast 50% marks. After B.Com you can do a Diploma course in elementary education then you can appear for this particular exam.
