Yes, there are alot of books which candidates can refer to such as "Teaching Aptitude and General Knowledge" by Arihant Publications, and other specific guides for reasoning and general awareness. For current affairs, daily newspaper reading is highly recommended.

To check the RIE CEE result, candidates will have to visit the official website and log in using their registration number and password. The result will display candidate's overall score, rank, and qualifying status, students will have to download and print their result for future reference.
