It may prove hard to become a KVS (Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan) teacher because the two are mainly used for the communication, so it may require becoming a proficient in the usage of Hindi and English media to teach. The eligibility criteria include various teaching roles like Trained Graduate Teacher and Post Graduate Teacher, that the main requirements are that teaching must be done with either or both media Hindi or English.
Although reading and writing skills are good, Hindi speaking is necessary to get involved in classroom communication and in interactions with students.

You cannot do a B.Ed in Special Education through distance learning with 45% in graduation as most of the institutions require minimum 50% marks in graduation to enroll for this program. Eligibility criteria for B.Ed in Special Education usually requires that candidates should have at least 50% aggregate marks in the undergraduate degree from a recognised university. Some universities may offer relaxation of 5% for the candidates belonging to the reserved category, but that doesn't match up with your present qualifications. PTT courses are taught at many different levels. Candidates can pursue a certificate, diploma, bachelor's degree, and also a master's degree in Primary Teaching or Elementary Education. At the undergraduate and postgraduate levels, Primary Teacher Training courses are B El Ed and MEd, respectively.
