The TS TET exam is generally of easy to moderate level. The exam is easy to crack as there is no negative marking and the level of the questions asked are of graduation level.

With 56% marks, you can try to find colleges for a B.Ed. Degree in West Bengal. There are approximately fifty-six colleges offering B.Ed. degrees by various modes such as full-time, distance, and part-time classes. Some of those colleges are: Jadavpur University, INR 80,000; Bhawanipur Education Society College, INR 40,000; and Kalyani University, INR 14,400. Colleges of this nature, like that of Barasat's Adhya Shankar Acharya Institute of Education charging about INR 1.71 lakhs, can also be pursued. It should be kept in mind that the charge may vary and check with the colleges to know about the said charges the latest.

The current cutoff in regard to Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) at M.I.Training College is not clearly provided. Nevertheless, admission to the B.Ed. is conducted strictly on merit depending on the candidate's graduation percentage from a recognized University/ Institute. The college offers thirty-five merit seats and fifteen management seats for the B. Ed. course with a total student intake of fifty students. Yes, you can pursue an MSc MLT after completing a BVoc in Medical Lab Technician in India, provided you meet the eligibility criteria set by the respective institutions. Many universities and colleges accept candidates with a BVoc degree, as it is considered equivalent to a BSc MLT course for PG studies.

B. Ed is not much related with your bachelor subjects. It is pre training for teaching skills. 

It would be better to do B. Ed with clear mindset for requirement of TGT arts as you are from arts background.
