No, you cannot directly pursue a B.Ed with class 12th and a 3-year Diploma course. To be eligible for a B.Ed one must have graduated. Some universities may also require candidates to have studied certain subjects like science, math, social studies, etc. at the bachelor's level for specific BEd specializations.

The exam body Mahatma Gandhi University, Nalgonda will conducted the TSEdCET exam for the 2026 session. As per the past year dates, we can expect the TSEdCET exam to be conducted on May 2026. The exam will be conducted in computer-based online mode.

To be eligible for the UGC NET Exam, aspirants must meet the following criteria
- Four-year graduation degree in Humanities and Social Science, Computer Science, Applications, Electronic Science, etc.
- Candidates must have completed their post-graduation from a UGC-recognised University or college.
- The candidate must not be more than 30 years of age.
