Hi. Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) at St. Xavier's Kolkata is a 2 years course at the UG level. The course offers admission to 100 students. Yes, you can take the UGC NET English exam even if you have completed your M.Sc in Environmental Science. In order to be eligible for UGC NET, you should have completed you post graduate degree. Thus, you can appear. However, since the domains are completely different, it may have a complementary affect as well.
