Yes, you can do both at a time. Actually, doing an education degree while teaching is the best option. You get to practice what you learn (in B.Ed.) and understand the subject (Education) better.

Yes, Isha, you can drop your B.A. MS course in middle of the semester but for your information I would like to know you that you have to pay the whole tuition fee for that particular year. So, you have to be careful doing so.
