Candidates with at least 50 percent Marks either in Bachelor Degree and /or in Master Degree in Science/ Social Sciences/ Humanities, Bachelor in Engineering or Technology with specialisation in Science and Mathematics with 55% Marks or any other qualification equivalent to this, are eligible for admission to the programme. However, Sc, St, OBC, special backward classes as well as physically challenged and a widow or divorcee women candidates of Rajasthan securing a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate in the Bachelors /Masters Degree level examination will be eligible to apply for admission. No relaxation in the minimum percentage (not even 1 mark) as required above will be given to any candidate. Candidates who have passed graduation through a correspondence course from any University by taking only one University examination or have not studied through the 10+2+3 scheme or 10+1+3 (old scheme) are not eligible.

D.Ed Is a recognised professional teacher training degree. After completing your 12th grade, you can pursue a D.Ed. You can work in the public and private sectors if you have a Diploma in education. Private career opportunities after a D.Ed. Diploma are as follows:
1. Teacher: You can teach in primary and nursery classes with a D.Ed. Diploma.
2. Institute Tutor: You can work as a home tutor or teach at different coaching facilities.
3. Content creator: You can work as an education content creator after earning a D.Ed. Diploma. Career opportunities in government after D.Ed.
1. TGT Teacher: You have to pass the CTET or state TET exam to become a government TGT teacher. It is one of the most popular choices for D.Ed. Graduates.
2. Assistant Teacher: You can also apply for an assistant teacher post in government schools. You may be required to clear written exams such as the DSSSB for that.
