You have not mentioned what particular exam you applied for; but you can most certainly change your gender preferably from male to female; during the correction window. You'll be allowed to change any mistake you've made during the form fill up to be rectified. As you haven't mentioned what exam so I can't suggest the date when the correction window will arrive. But keep looking for it through the Google when the correction window is going to start, if you miss out on the correction window, then you'll be facing some real troubles.
