There is no college that will provide you a course of D El Ed at Thirty-nine years of age. The maximum age is below Thirty-Five years of age to do this course, but if you fall under some cast like SC, ST some government colleges can provide you with this course.

In BHU BEd language cutoff is different it is according to cast an merits
For GEN it is 50% marks for OBC its 45% marks an SC candidate should atleast scored passing marks . Student must have studied atleat one language for two years in his/her graduation an post graduation period.

If you are interested in Languages than you can go for french, spanish, japenese, german and learn upto C1 level that's a advance level of particular language. You can learn any of the language from respective approved institute like for french you can go for Alliance francaise de Delhi. Afterwards you can apply for teaching job otherwise for English hons you have to complete Bachelor and master degree than you can go for B.Ed or Net exam.
