Though you have 16 years of experience in teaching which you took up with Diploma Certificate. you can pursue B.Ed. after clearing the backlogs for the subject in which you have failed in your 2nd year PUC Exam. But without clearing the 2nd year PUC Exam, you can't pursue B.Ed. In order to pursue B.Ed. you should compulsory clear 2nd year PUC.
