No, JEE Main is not compulsory for Intellipaat (IST), DY Patil University, Pune BTech admissions. IST conducts an in-house test based on which seats are given. Aspirants have to appear for the ISTEE to get admission in the BTech programme.

So, yes with 60% marks, you are eligible to appear for ISTEE and take admission in Intellipaat School of Technology, Bangalore.
